Running for over 30 years, our flagship mediation training is the most trusted in the industry.
We cover most areas of dispute resolution and can nominate an arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator, conciliator, expert determiner, family dispute practitioner or restorative justice practitioner. You can also use the explore options button to search our directory to find your own dispute resolver.
These rules update the 2020 Rules to world best practice in providing an efficient arbitration process. The 2023 rules introduce a very significant change from the 2020 rules - Where the dispute is under $2m the arbitration hearing and all interlocutory steps must be concluded within four months and the award produced within one month after that unless the parties agree otherwise.
