Lynette Edwards is a Mediator, Conciliator, Facilitator, and Conflict Management Coach. She has mediated and conciliated over 2000 matters. Lynette specialises in the management of interpersonal conflict, workplace disharmony and commercial disputes. She facilitates community and public consultation and offers clients the benefit of over 25 years of diverse experience in government, private and not-for-profit sectors. Lynette conciliates at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, she runs her own mediation business and is on the mediation panel at the Small Business Commission. She is also on a panel for the Department of Education dispute resolution and is a dispute resolver on a major infrastructure project. She has previously worked in the construction, transport, information technology and health industries. Lynette has over 15 years of volunteering history and amongst other things is a pro bono Director and Mediator with Voluntas Inc. She is also a Crisis Supporter at Lifeline for 7 years. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Orthoptics) degree, a Post Graduate Diploma (Counselling) and is a Cinergy accredited Conflict Management Coach.
