About my services

Henri is an experienced mediator of civil and commercial disputes, having mediated in Canada and New Zealand. He specialises in mediating farming, general commercial, contract, family business and corporate governance disputes.

Experience and qualifications

Henri Eliot is a qualified mediator and accredited Farm Debt Mediator in New Zealand.

Henri received his LLB (Hons) from the University of London his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from McGill University his Master&rsquos degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Auckland his MBA from Richmond University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge.

Henri is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and Associate Member of Arbitrators & Mediators Institute of New Zealand. He trained as a mediator at Harvard Law School.
