I am a civil engineer, a delay and disruption expert, an expert determiner, adjudicator and arbitrator. I bring 20 years post graduate experience mainly in construction planning and scheduling (programming), and an understanding that time management, proper planning and scheduling practices are key to the success of a project. I provide back-end services for dispute resolution purpose. I also provide front-end and project delivery implementation and advisory services. On the back-end, I am also an independent ADR practitioner. In a decision making capacity, I am an expert determiner and adjudicator registered in Queensland and Northern Territory. I also provide expert evidence in the field of forensic investigation of project delay & disruption, programming, EOT claims. On the front end and project delivery: I provide all time management related services, including planning and scheduling, prepare and assess EOT claims. My services involve the following: • Integrated planning, scheduling and project controls - this includes preparation of the baseline programme and subsequent updates all through to the as-built programme. Also developing the Key Performance Indicators and setting up Earned Value Management systems for progress monitoring and control. • Contemporaneous delay and disruption analysis - this is normally bound by what the contract dictates and the context surrounding the available records; • Advisory service for alternative dispute resolution purpose in any tier of ADR processes (adjudication, expert determination, mediation and arbitration) and in any stage during a project life cycle.
