About my services

Sarah specialises in workplace mediation and facilitation, including early intervention and restorative practices. She is also self employed lawyer specialising in employment law. (www.cateslaw.co.nz).

Experience and qualifications

Sarah holds an LLB and BA and is self- employed lawyer specialising in employment law. She undertook mediation training through the New Zealand Law Society (2012) and the Resolution Institute (2017), and is an Accredited Mediator and Professional Member of the Resolution Institute (since 2017). Sarah has also undertaken training in restorative facilitation (2022, 2023) with international experts Haley Farrar and Sarah Roth Shank. Sarah participates in ongoing education in mediation, facilitation, and restorative practices, and is actively involved in dispute resolution peer support networks.
