Services include pro-active conversations to pre-determine processes and or outcomes, particularly useful for entering into personal or business and commercial relationships, succession or estate planning. Supervision for other dispute resolution providers. As a member of Elder Mediation Australasian Network (EMAN), Rosemarie is able to mediate on Elder issues. Having attended and been an active participant for 2 years of the Retirement Village Stakeholders Forums, Rosemarie is very aware of the way in which Retirement Villages operate within New Zealand and the issues that can arise for anyone involved. Rosemarie is a Chartered Accountant (recently retired) and has worked for almost 30 years in many industries and sectors from CA firms to leadership and governance roles from not for profits to large or global organisations. For 10 years until 2018 Rosemarie has worked with family businesses as a Family Business Solutionist.
