Experience and qualifications

Accredited as an FDRP in 2015. Cynthia has mediated on hundred of matters with a view to getting the best outcome for all involved particularly the children. Cynthia uses a balanced and neutral approach with her clients showing empathy and kindness while maintaining clear instructions and boundaries in the mediation processes.
