Over his 22-year career, Robert handled a diverse range of civil claims, including medical negligence, intentional tort, institutional abuse, public liability and workplace injury claims. Having advised plaintiffs and defendants in hundreds of mediations over his career, he understands what drives both sides of litigation making him uniquely placed to assist parties in all civil claims.
