  • Has significant knowledge and experience in dispute resolution for five (5) plus years; and
  • Holds a current Resolution Institute accreditation or grading or other dispute resolution qualification recognised by Resolution Institute; and
  • Has made a minimum of five (5) years significant contribution:
    • to IAMA, LEADR or Resolution Institute; and/or
    • the broader dispute resolution industry.
