Justin Toohey has 20 years’ experience as a conciliator, mediator, lawyer, and manager. As Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Administrative Appeal Tribunal, Justin received the Australian Disputes Centre Courts and Tribunals ADR Group of the Year in 2019. Prior to this, Justin established the national mediation service for the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations and managed major integrity projects as First Assistant Information Commissioner, Queensland. His qualifications include Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws and Environmental Science, Graduate Certificate in Management, Australian Company Directors Diploma, and Certificates IV in Training and Assessment and Community Mediation.
