Experience and qualifications

I have worked in retail for 36 years and regularly dealt with conflict resolution in a professional capacity. As well as being an AMDRAS accredited mediator, I studied law at The University of Sydney and graduated in July 2022, and was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in May 2023. I completed my Masters in Law with a double major -in Commercial Litigation and Mediation in November 2025.
