About my services

I focus on complex dispute resolution, and workplace compliance strategy and assurance. Most recently I served as a Commissioner in the Fair Work Commission from 2013 to 2025.

Experience and qualifications

As a former Commissioner in the Fair Work Commission and as the first Fair Work Ombudsman I have high level experience and expertise in resolution of workplace relations disputes of all types and sizes. My particular expertise is the resolution of collective workplace disputes (such as bargaining and wage assurance) and individual interpersonal disputes (such as individual grievances, bullying and harassment). Prior to appointment to the Fair Work Commission I was an Australian Government CEO for a decade.
