About the speaker

  

Arnela Tolic

Arnela serves as an AMDRAS Board Director and serves on both our Training and Accreditation Committee, and our Application and Assessment Committee. She brings with her extensive experience in dispute resolution and mediation. She currently leads training at Legal Training Australia, focusing on legal education and conflict resolution, while maintaining her practice as an accredited mediator and lawyer.
Her professional background includes successfully mediating a wide range of commercial, workplace, and family disputes, alongside operating her own legal practice. She also delivers training and mentorship programs for developing mediators and provides business coaching services.

As the Training Lead for Legal Training Australia, Arnela is helping to shaping the future of legal training and conflict resolution. Her leadership as a business owner also provided her with comprehensive insights into operational management, risk assessment, and strategic planning. Arnela holds NMAS Mediator Accreditation and maintains active memberships with the NSW Law Society and the Law Council of Australia’s Dispute Resolution section. As an accomplished CPD lecturer and business coach, she continues to contribute to the professional development of the legal, mediation and broader dispute resolution community. She serves as an Advisory Committee Member for the Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Councils of Australia (FECCA) and acts as a NSW Facilitative Member with the Resolution Institute.

Her diverse experience spans immigration and employment law, mediation, and business coaching, complemented by her proven track record in developing innovative mediation techniques and guiding organizations through complex regulatory environments.
