Trust and its counterpart distrust are at the heart of every human interaction and every conflict. What is trust? What are the different types of trust we build with people? Why do we trust certain people but not others? How can trust be rebuilt after it was broken?

In this webinar, you will have the opportunity to learn what the research informs us about trust in the context of conflict resolution and to share your ideas and engage in discussion about one of the most fascinating facets of conflict resolution.
