Bringing a Trauma-informed understanding to Dispute Resolution Practice

Join us as we take an insightful and in-depth look at trauma-informed dispute resolution practice with Trish Gledhill.

Studies found that people who experienced trauma are more likely to experience conflict. As dispute resolution professionals, we therefore frequently work with people who have encountered trauma at various points in their lives. These experiences can shape how parties engage, respond, and participate in the process. This masterclass, led by Trish Gledhill, introduces a trauma-informed approach designed to enhance safety, trust, and meaningful engagement in the dispute resolution process.

This masterclass will help dispute resolution professionals recognise possible signs of trauma-related responses and understand their impacts. It will provide practical strategies for creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to fully take part in the dispute resolution process.
