Trevor Slater

Trevor Slater is a commercial (financial) mediation and negotiation specialist.  He is currently General Manager of Financial services Complaints Limited (FSCL).  Previously Trevor was Conciliation and Case Manager at the NZ Banking Ombudsman and has had management roles in complaint resolution in financial organisations in Australia. 

Trevor has a Masters degree in Conflict Resolution from La Trobe University and is an experienced trainer in dispute resolution.  Trevor has provided supervision for a number of conflict resolution practitioners over the last 15 years.
