Online and In-Person Format:
- Week 1 (Days 1-3): In-Person – An immersive, hands-on learning experience, giving you the opportunity to learn and practice your skills in person.
- Week 2 (Days 4- 6): Live Online Sessions – These virtual sessions focus on in-depth training combined with online mediation practice and skills development to give you the experience to mediate in a virtual environment. 8.30am to 5:30pm

Accreditation Information:
- This workshop satisfies the certificate of training (COT) component under the AMDRAS standards and includes the written assessment component required for accreditation
- In addition to the COT, participants must then successfully complete a Mediation Simulation Assessment to be eligible for accreditation. You can register for the assessment separately or choose the convenient bundle option when enrolling in the workshop.
About Our Trainer - Anne Sutherland
Mediator and consultant to private and public sector clients. Following a background in commercial law, Anne’s mediation experience includes commercial, anti-discrimination, medical negligence, family and wills and estate matters. She currently specialises in workplace. Anne is appointed as a mediator to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and teaches ADR in the post graduate law program at Monash University.
This mediation training course will be led by trainer along with our coaching pool of highly experienced mediators.
