This course satisfies Module 1 of the training component required under the AMDRAS framework and is a key step toward becoming an accredited mediator.

 3 Day In-Person Workshop: 8.30 am to 5.30pm every day

Accreditation Information:

  • This workshop satisfies Module 1 of the certificate of training (COT) component under the AMDRAS standards.
  • Participants who wish to become accredited must also complete Module 2 of the certificate of training (COT). Module 2 is delivered online, and run monthly. 
  • In addition to the COT, participants must then successfully complete a Mediation Simulation Assessment to be eligible for accreditation.

About Our Trainer - Shiv Martin

Shiv is a nationally accredited mediator, practicing lawyer, conciliator, decision maker and certified vocational trainer. She has engaged in complex dispute resolution, for the past 15 years, occupying various executive and senior panel appointments for state and federal government agencies.

Shiv delivers facilitation, dispute resolution and training services that seek to build our capacity to connect, build relationships and problem solve through better conversations

This mediation training workshop will be led by Shiv along with our coaching pool of highly experienced mediators.

Training only registration has early bird rates which apply to enrolments up to one month prior to the workshop. Training and assessment bundle registration has flat rates.

Assessment is not part of the workshop. If you have paid for Training and Assessment bundle registration, promotion code will be sent to you after the workshop, you can use the promotion code to register for mediation accreditation assessment.
