On 8 September 2016 the Board of Resolution Institute resolved that from and including 8 September 2016 parties who have agreed that a dispute arising or having arisen between them shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with this 2016 Edition of the Rules. These Rules commence on 8 September 2016.
