Ease of lodgement 24/7
Applicants will be able to lodge larger applications electronically 24/7, (up to 1GB per document with no limit on the number of documents), using our secure and encrypted service.
Applicants will receive instantaneous confirmation of lodgement with pdf certificates confirming the information posted.
Our adjudication application forms guide the applicant through the adjudication process and they include useful references to the Security of Payments Act in that relevant state.
Links to each state's Act will assist you whilst filling out the application form. These links will direct you to the corresponding references for a particular section to provide guidance as you complete your application.
Important notes prior to completing an application form
- The application form must be completed immediately as there is no option to save it and return to it later.
As such, we recommend that the user read through the application form prior to completing the application to collate the information beforehand. A checklist is provided at the top of the application form detailing what documentation is required.
- An application for adjudication will only be taken as having been lodged, once all the required documentation and supporting documents have been fully uploaded. A notification of the time and date when this has occurred will be automatically generated on successful completion of the entire upload. The relevant time and date notified will be based on the time and date of the completed upload and lodgement, not on the time the application was commenced. This is an important matter which should be carefully factored into the timing of any application lodgement.
- For large applications, the nominated dispute resolver may still request that they are provided with a hard copy of the entire application. As such, please note that you may be requested to provide this should it be required.
