Resolution Institute is the membership body incorporating the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators (IAMA) and LEADR. Resolution Institute performs the functions previously offered by those organisations. On 8 September 2016 the Board of Resolution Institute resolved that from and including 8 September 2016 parties who have agreed that a dispute arising or having arisen between them shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the 2016 edition of the Rules.
