The Executive Committee of the Institute of Arbitrators Australia resolved in a meeting on 26 October 1987 that where any two or more parties have agreed between them that a dispute arising or having arisen between them shall be submitted to conciliation in accordance with The Institute of Arbitrators Australia Rules for the Conduct of Conciliations then the Rules Nos. 1-13 inclusive as set down hereinafter shall apply.
