The presentation will focus on what an adjudicators is to consider, or not consider, as part of his/her determination, including Good Faith and natural justice.
Ethics is a core aspect that all adjudicators must take into consideration as part of their determination/decision. It is often overlooked and may become lost in the complexity of the case, to the extent that the determination is tainted.
This workshop is for dispute resolution and in particular, adjudication practitioners.
About the speaker:
Tim Sullivan
Tim is known to most dispute resolution practitioners and in particular, those involved with adjudications. He conducts courses for the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, training adjudicators. He is a registered adjudicator in all Australian States and Territories and well respected in the industry.
