Conflict Coaching NZ

The overall aim of the course is to equip the practitioner with a simple, intuitive coaching model to apply when supporting people in conflict, appropriate to the cultural context of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Conciliation

This specialised course in Conciliation theory, skills and practice satisfies the training and assessment component towards becoming a Resolution Institute accredited conciliator.

Family dispute resolution

Resolution Institute FDR Training (Aotearoa New Zealand) is for experienced mediators or people who have completed mediation training. The workshops focus on the skills and knowledge required for working with families in FDR in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Arbitration

Resolution Institute and the University of Adelaide Law School jointly offer the Professional Certificate in Arbitration as a university post-graduate programme.

Expert Determination

This course teaches you the theory, Expert Determination process and includes modules dealing with contract law and evidence. It provides a pathway for inclusion on the Register of Practising Expert Determiners.

Restorative justice
