Since 2001, the OurFamilyWizard website and mobile app have been incorporated into parenting agreements and court orders to help reduce conflict, minimise litigation, and support better outcomes for families navigating separation and divorce.
This presentation introduces family law professionals to communication technology specifically designed for divorced and separated families. Attendees will learn how OurFamilyWizard helps parents communicate more effectively, maintain accurate records, and support healthier co-parenting relationships.
Participants will:
- Explore the OurFamilyWizard suite of tools available to parents and examine how the platform’s structure and built-in communication features help promote respectful, productive interactions.
- Gain insight into voice and video communication tools designed to support parent engagement and improve family outcomes.
- Learn how attorneys, mediators, parenting coordinators, and other professionals can use practitioner accounts to monitor activity, access records, and intervene when appropriate.
- Examine the OurFamilyWizard Fee Waiver Program and how it helps make the platform accessible to qualifying low-income families.
Following the presentation, attendees will receive resource materials, sample court-order language, and best-practice guidance for incorporating OurFamilyWizard into their cases. Participants will also have the opportunity to create a Professional Account to connect with and support clients throughout their post-separation journey.

Erin Green, Professional Liaison, OurFamilyWizard
Erin is a compassionate, confident, and highly organised community services professional, Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), and AMDRAS-accredited Mediator. With a strong passion for family law, mediation, and family dispute resolution, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through complex challenges, helping clients navigate trauma and improve their overall mental health and wellbeing.
Drawing on her extensive experience working with families in transition, Erin has transitioned into the role of Professional Liaison with OurFamilyWizard, where she champions technology designed to support healthier, more effective communication throughout separation and divorce.
In her role, Erin focuses on building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the Australian family law sector, including judges, solicitors, family dispute resolution practitioners, mediators, parenting coordinators, and family consultants. Through education, collaboration, and advocacy, she works to increase awareness, trust, and adoption of the OurFamilyWizard platform, helping professionals and families achieve better outcomes during and after separation.
