Will ‘Conciliation training’ be useful for me? An introduction to conciliation and its use

During this FREE webinar Shiv and Justin will discuss the ADRAC report Conciliation: connecting the dots. The report is the culmination of seven years of work. They also look at what the report's findings mean for conciliation as a separate process and skillset and outline the key competencies of a conciliator. 

Shiv and Justin will explore what conciliation could look like in practice and consider different applications of the conciliation model in public service delivery and other conflict contexts.

The webinar offers participants an opportunity to understand the definition of conciliation and consider whether specialist conciliation will be helpful to their professional development or day to day work practice.

This webinar and the conciliation training are open to both our Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand audiences and, although the ADRAC report findings are based on the Australian context, the content of both the webinar and the training are equally relevant in both contexts.
