Before you join your WA Committee members for networking and refreshments, there will be a short presentation from Paula Bruce who will speak about the roll out of the Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Resource Toolkit. Resolution Institute WA is commemorating the launch of the FDR Toolkit at its EOY 2023 celebrations.
The Family Law/ Family Dispute Resolution Subcommittee (FL/FDR Subcommittee) at the Resolution Institute actively supports member colleagues in the advancement their practice. A working group, forming part of the FL/FDR Subcommittee, has developed this free Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Resource Toolkit in support of Resolution Institute Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs).
This Resource Toolkit is designed to support Resolution Institute members who provide private services under the Family Law Act 1975. These may include for example sole practitioners running small businesses; FDRPs who may want to update or review their materials and newly accredited FDRPs who may use the ‘kit’ as a foundational set of professional documents and ‘links’. This Toolkit is available to members of Resolution Institute on the Resolution Institute website.
