Who is our trainer?
Lesley Ashworth
Lesley is an experienced FDR practitioner with a background in family law. She has conducted many FDR mediations since the scheme was introduced.
Working as a self-employed mediator, facilitator, and coach, primarily in FDR and workplace matters, her background in restorative justice has influenced her approach to much of her work. Lesley has worked as a mediator for the Human Rights Commission for a number of years, along with providing professional supervision to FDR mediators and lawyers.
