FDR Professional Supervision | Online 2 | June 2026

The Resolution Institute New Zealand is pleased to offer online Professional Supervision for Family Dispute mediators.

Developed over the past 14 years and led by Lesley Ashworth, we are offering 8 places in our FDR Professional Supervision group.
 
 Here, you will be supported with guidance on reflective practice, professional development, resourcing of the practitioner, and quality/standards/ethics of work. The group will meet on the third Tuesday evening of the month from 5.30pm to 6.30pm, with the first date for 2025 being 17 February 2026 and will conclude in December.
 
 Each participant is encouraged to bring something to discuss for each session. This may relate to something they have done or have coming up that they would like input/insight into, a course they have attended and their learnings or questions, a reading, how you manage different personalities in mediation, or how best to use private sessions.
 
 The cost of the annual subscription will be $650 incl. GST. Additionally, participants will be expected to commit to attending all 11 sessions with payment due in advance of the first session.
 
 For Resolution Institute Members, 1 CPD hour will be awarded for each session attended.
