Ben Roberts-Smith, one of Australia’s most decorated War Heros, took on the Nine Network (the Melbourne Age, the Sydney Morning Herald and two of Australia’s leading journalists). It was a significant challenge to the public’s right to know. Roberts-Smith was able to use every legal option at his disposal.
